Work-Life Balance

Basic approach to health management and work-life balance

We strive to maintain and promote the health of our employees and foster a rewarding and comfortable workplace culture so that each and every one of them can thrive and reach their full potential.

Health management initiatives

The health of each employee is important not only for the individual, but also for our company to continue to grow and be the company of choice for our customers. It’s essential for us to support each employee so they can consistently perform at their best.

In our health checkups, we set up the necessary examination items for each employee age group and make sure that all employees can receive the examinations. We also provide mental health care for employees through stress checks and interviews with industrial physicians, helping them to continue working in good mental and physical health.

Occupational health and safety initiatives

We have formed a Health Committee to ensure a safe and secure working environment for all our employees. The Health Committee takes the lead in providing in-house health guidance and health instruction, as well as information on overwork prevention, mental health measures, etc.
