We understand that ensuring information security is crucial for conducting business activities smoothly and efficiently. To protect our information assets, we have established the Information Security Policy, which we implement and promote as follows:
1. Information security management system
We define responsibilities, authority, procedures, and other internal regulations to ensure information security. Led by the Information Security Management Officer, we maintain a management system dedicated to continually improving information security measures.
2. Protection of information assets
To ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all our information assets, we conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate security measures.
3. Compliance with laws and regulations
We operate our information security management system in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, guidelines, and contractual requirements.
4. Education and training
We educate all executives and employees about the importance of information security, ensuring thorough awareness of this policy and various regulations and rules, while working to improve their information security literacy.
5. Response to information security incidents
We establish systems and procedures to respond quickly and effectively to information security incidents or accidents. Should an incident or potential threat occur, we will act swiftly and appropriately to minimize damage and prevent recurrence.
6. Continuous improvement
To enhance our management system and security measures, we regularly evaluate and review this policy and related regulations, striving for continuous improvement in information security.
